SallyAnn Gray brings over fifteen years of experience in education, both at the local and international level. Locally, SallyAnn has held the following roles: special education teacher, school inspector with the National Education Inspectorate, teacher coach in the Alternative Pathway to Secondary Education approach with the Ministry of Education and curriculum designer with Jamaica’s National Training Agency, HEART Trust. In this role she pioneered and lead the strategic vision for inclusion of special education accommodations for trainees with special education needs.
As an International Educator who lead two separate special education departments, SallyAnn has been awarded the honor of educator and cultural ambassador by the Visiting International Faculty located in North Carolina. SallyAnn is also the recipient of the Jamaica Association of the Deaf Shield for best performance in deaf education given by the Mico University College.
SallyAnn is a trained Special Educator and hails from the prestigious Mico University College. She is also a graduate of the University of the West Indies (Mona) and Virginia Commonwealth University where she completed her Masters degree in Educational Leadership.
A highly sought after Educational Strategist/Consultant and Speaker, SallyAnn has spoken extensively on professional development strategies for creating a positive school climate and culture, transforming the attitudes of at-risk populations; highlighting classroom and leadership practices which foster school wide excellence. In her last professional role, SallyAnn was Head of School & Programs Director for the TGL School of Sales & Sales Management the first Certified Sales School in the Caribbean. In this role she created an innovative and transformational learning experience for Sales Professionals.
Today, SallyAnn is committed to coaching and training teachers by equipping them with strategies and tools for creating an environment that fosters growth, innovation and transformation in students. SallyAnn also writes curriculum for training departments of corporate companies and creates special education policies for organizations.

SallyAnn with Principal Kafele, one of America's most sought after education speakers. His speeches on school reform and student achievement have left SallyAnn with a greater desire to impact the lives of young people all over the world.

SallyAnn with Senator Floyd Morris, the first senator in Jamaica's history who is blind. Senator Morris's story of being born with sight and eventually losing it by age 20 due to glaucoma, has inspired SallyAnn. He not only attained a bachelors degree but was also able to acquire a masters and doctoral degree. His story shows that life is not about where you start, but about where you finish.
